Many of us know that Rob has made a few, shall we say “errors of judgement” when talking to the press in the past, what he says as a joke is often taken quite literally by journalists and rumours have spread.

5. Respect for Porn Stars

When discussing the uncomfortable situation in being naked during the filming of Remember Me, Rob mentioned

“You realise the whole crew are looking directly at your butt crack. I can’t think of anything exciting for them about this. It gives you a lot of respect for porn stars.“

4. Personal Hygiene

During a 2009 interview for Extra Magazine, Rob decided to discuss his views on hair washing…

“I don’t really see the point in washing your hair…If you don’t care if your hair’s clean or not then why would you wash it? It’s like, I don’t clean my apartment ’cause I don’t care. I have my apartment for sleeping in and I have my hair for just, you know, hanging out on my head. I don’t care if it’s clean or not.“

Apparently during the filming of Twilight, Rob received an embarrassing injury that he just had to tell Cosmopolitan Magazine about

“I got injured on the first shot of my first day on Twilight. I lifted Kristen and ripped my a**e cheek. I had to get a bum massage for the cheek.“

2. The Spunk Ransom Phenomenon

According to MTV News, when Rob was asked if he liked the nickname “R-Pattz” he said he preferred it if they called him something else and off the top of his head said “like…Spunk Ransom”. Oh Rob….

The fallout from his apparent random selection of words has meant that he has had a hard time shaking off the new nickname, and some have even made T-Shirts to promote Rob’s new title!

1. “Allergies”

And finally our chosen most embarrassing quote! During a sexy photo shoot for Details Magazine (which is in our gallery) Rob decided to reveal a particularly rare allergy that he had to cope with during the photos.

“I really hate vaginas. I’m allergic to vagina. But I can’t say I had no idea, because it was a 12-hour shoot, so you kind of get the picture that these women are going to stay naked after, like, five or six hours. But I wasn’t exactly prepared. I had no idea what to say to these girls. Thank God I was hungover.“
